VENDOR/COMMITTEE RELATIONS

All authentic vendors leaving in good standing following the 2023 powwow shall receive a priority, early vendor registration opportunity for the upcoming 2024 Peace Treaty Pageant and Powwow. The pageant has been held for almost 100 years and takes place only every three years. It is a significantly larger event than our annual powwow and 2024 anticipates much larger crowds.

Ask Deb for more information.

VENDOR REGISTRATION & INFORMATION

You must speak directly with David or Deb to reserve a powwow vendor space. The vendor contract includes a 10’x20’ CRAFT VENDOR BOOTH SPACE at the 2023 Medicine Lodge Intertribal Powwow. CALL David or Deb to discuss the fee PLUS a donated item to the committee for raffles. An electrical outlet (120 volts) is provided for cash register and/or lighting purposes only. You will need to supply your own extension cord to utilize the electric outlet. The committee does not provide tables or canopies.

Verbal vendor commitment to David or Deb is required by by September 7, 2023. Consideration will be given to requests when determining booth locations, however the Powwow Committee will make the final decision.
